    BIO: James Stirling James Stirling is a Senior Advisor in MEOI's Information and Communications Branch. A graduate of Ryerson Polytechnic University in Accounting and Finance and York University in (Pure) Mathematics, he has worked for the Government of Ontario in telecommunications since 1986, and since 1991 has worked on programs to develop networking and the adoption of information technologies in Ontario's communities. Currently he represents Connect Ontario, an $83 million initiative to help communities adopt information technologies to provide services to the community.
